The use and operation of FPV radio equipment (such as UHF long-range systems or video transmission equipment) in India and many other countries may require a government-issued license, and some countries may prohibit its use entirely. In India, you are required to hold a valid "HAM" amateur radio license and obtain approval from the Wireless Planning and Coordination (WPC) wing of the Ministry of Communications.
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of RF devices when purchasing and using products from Firefly FPV. Firefly FPV and its affiliates are not liable for any actions taken by customers in violation of their government's regulations. We make no claims regarding the suitability or legality of our products for any specific use.

You acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent dangers involved in operating multi-rotor and other model aircraft or vehicles. Spinning propellers can cause severe injury. Never work on your models with mounted propellers. Improper use or charging of Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries can result in instability, including combustion or spontaneous fire.
Our power systems, including motors, batteries, and electronic speed control (ESC) units, can draw significant current, which can be dangerous. Always handle powered electronic systems safely and ensure they are de-energized before working on them. Never short electrical leads, reverse polarity, or place electrical leads on your body at any time.

Firefly FPV provides no warranty of any kind for any equipment sold or distributed. All products are sold as-is, and you assume all risks associated with the purchase and use of products from Firefly FPV.Firefly FPV and its employees are not liable for any injuries, death, loss, damages, or destruction of property resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Additionally, Firefly FPV is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or application of any products purchased from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products safely meet your intended purpose.

If an item you received from Firefly FPV is deemed to be inoperable or faulty due to a manufacturing defect (Dead on Arrival - DOA), Firefly FPV may, at its sole discretion, replace or repair the item. To qualify

• The fault must be due to a manufacturing defect, not user misuse, including construction errors.
• For DOA or non-working products, you must create a ticket with the respective manufacturer for replacement procedures.
• Replacements will only be given after receiving approval from the manufacturer.
• Firefly FPV will not be liable for claims without proper evidence, customers must provide an unboxing video upon receipt.
• Firefly FPV will not be liable for equipment that may have been lost or damaged as a result of the faulty item.
• *Flight Controllers: Upon delivery, verify the product by connecting it via USB and checking it in Betaflight before any further use. Any soldering or user modification to the flight controller will void the DOA warranty.
• Motors: When installing motors, always verify that the screw length is appropriate screws that are too long can contact and damage the motor windings. Damage caused by incorrect screw installation is not covered under this policy.

While we strive for accuracy, Firefly FPV is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect product details published on our website due to the ever-evolving standards and specifications of the FPV industry. Specifications, prices, and availability may change without notice and may not be reflected on the product page.
For confirmation of specifications, pricing, or availability, please contact Firefly FPV customer service directly. If you receive a product with different specifications than those listed, do not install or mount the product. Notify us immediately; we are not liable for any damages otherwise and will not provide assistance on the matter.

In cases where foul play or fraud is suspected, Firefly FPV reserves the right to conduct a thorough investigation involving all stakeholders, including courier companies, aggregators, and if required, law enforcement agencies.

• Proof of Claim: Customers must provide relevant proof, such as unboxing videos showing the condition of the package, shipping labels, seals, and any tampering.
• Tampered Packages: Do not accept packages that appear tampered with. Firefly FPV is not responsible if you accept a tampered package.
• False Claims : If we determine that a customer has attempted to misinform or deceive us by providing fake evidence, legal action may be taken.
