Shipping Policy
Shipping Rules
- No Freight Forwarding or Hotel Addresses: We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or hotels. Please provide a permanent street address.
- PO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
- Refunds for Declined Orders: Orders canceled due to address issues will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping Process
- Carrier: Firefly FPV uses a variety of commercial carriers, including Delhivery, DTDC, ECom Express,Bluedart, Amazon, IndiaPost - Speedpost, and others. By ordering from Firefly FPV, you agree to these carriers as reliable partners.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2-3 PM IST are typically processed and shipped on the same day. However, this may not always be possible, and in such cases, the order will ship the next business day.
- Refunds for Declined Orders: Orders canceled due to address issues will be refunded to the original payment method.
Free Shipping
- Threshold: Orders over ₹49,999 qualify for free surface shipping, excluding heavy or large items.
Some exceptions apply, such as specialty items noted on individual product pages. Batteries can only be shipped via surface shipping methods. While free shipping is available for orders containing batteries, expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed due to shipping restrictions. - Multiple Orders: If multiple orders are placed to the same address and the earlier one hasn’t shipped, the orders may be combined, and any extra shipping charges refunded.
Tracking, Lost Packages & Insurance
- Order Status: Tracking links are provided upon shipment and take up to 24 hours to update.
- Multiple Orders: If multiple orders are made, they may be combined if not already shipped.
- Optional Insurance: Orders are not insured by default. Customers may choose to purchase optional shipping insurance at an additional cost (generally 2% of the total order amount) for added protection by contacting us.
- Lost Packages: Firefly FPV is not liable for carrier delays or lost packages. If a package is lost and shipping insurance it not opt. in the Firefly FPV's liability is limited to ₹2,500.
Shipment Times and Delays
- Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of placement, excluding Sundays and holidays. But we cannot always guarantee such a short processing time. Exceptions may occur due to holidays, payment review delays, or other unforeseen issues.
- Transit Time: We do not Guarantee delivery time for any orders and it is entirely depends on the logistics. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days, though this may vary depending on the destination.
- Special Shipping Requests: If you have any special shipping or packaging requests, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it ships or completes processing, contact us via mobile or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
- Refunds for Cancellations: A 98% refund will be provided for canceled orders. The 2% deduction covers convenience fees charged by the payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Shipping Rules
- Availability: COD is not available by default. Customers must contact us to request the COD payment option for their orders. Approval is subject to eligibility and location verification.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of 2x the total shipping cost is required for processing COD orders. This amount will be adjusted against your final payable COD amount. These fees are non-refundable in case of order cancellation after it shipped or refusal of COD order at the time of delivery.
- COD Charges: A fee of 3-5% of the total order value applies for orders using the COD payment method.
Shipping Process
- Order Confirmation: All COD requests will require confirmation via phone or email before approval and shipping. Unconfirmed requests may be canceled within 24 hours.
- Payment on Delivery: COD orders must be paid in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Partial payments are not accepted.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation & Refusal of COD Orders:If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, COD orders cannot be canceled. Refusal to accept delivery may result in the customer being blocked from future COD transactions.
